This policy explains how Consultwise LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information when you visit or use S4-SEO LOOP. It also explains your choices and privacy rights.
1. Scope and roles
This policy applies to our websites, applications, support, billing, and related services (the “Service”). For account, billing, security, and product-usage data, we generally act as a controller or business. When customers connect client websites, analytics accounts, search platforms, content, or contacts, we generally process that data on the customer’s instructions as a processor or service provider.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, business email, organization, role, authentication and invitation records.
- Billing data: plan, subscription status, invoices, and transaction references. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Connected-service data: authorized property identifiers, access/refresh tokens, search and analytics metrics, CMS configuration, and content selected by the customer.
- Customer content: sites, keywords, reports, generated or uploaded content, outreach records, and instructions submitted to the Service.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, logs, timestamps, security events, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic data.
- Communications: support requests, feedback, and administrative correspondence.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and enforce permissions, budgets, and subscriptions.
- Connect authorized third-party services and produce requested analysis, content, reports, and automations.
- Process payments, send service communications, and respond to support.
- Detect fraud, misuse, and security incidents; comply with law; and enforce agreements.
- Analyze product usage and performance in aggregated or de-identified form.
Where applicable, our legal bases include performing our contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Google user data
When a user chooses to connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, S4-SEO LOOP accesses Google user data only after that user grants OAuth permission. The Service requests read-only access and does not edit a user's Search Console or Analytics configuration or source data.
Data accessed
- Google Search Console: verified property identifiers and search-performance data such as queries, pages, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, and URL-inspection evidence.
- Google Analytics: authorized GA4 property identifiers and reporting metrics such as sessions, active users, landing-page performance, events, key events, and revenue.
- Authorization data: OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection.
How Google data is used
We use this data to display the user's SEO and website-performance dashboards, generate requested reports and comparisons, prioritize opportunities, support audits and URL inspection, and provide other user-facing features the user selects. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit or lending decisions, or unrelated profiling.
Sharing and transfer
We do not sell Google user data. We disclose it only to infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf as necessary to operate and secure the requested feature, to the customer and authorized workspace users, when the user directs us to do so, or when required by law. If a user invokes an AI-assisted feature that requires connected performance context, only the data reasonably necessary to provide that requested feature may be sent to our disclosed AI subprocessors under contractual data-protection restrictions. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Protection, retention, and deletion
Google OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel. Connected Google data and derived reporting snapshots are retained while needed to provide the Service and according to the customer's account settings and contractual requirements. A user can disconnect the integration to stop future access and remove stored authorization credentials. Users may request deletion of connected Google data and derived records by contacting [email protected]; residual encrypted backups are removed according to our backup-retention cycle unless retention is legally required.
Google API Services User Data Policy
S4-SEO LOOP's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. AI and automated processing
The Service may send customer-selected prompts, content, images, or business context to configured AI providers to generate requested output. AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by a qualified person before publication or consequential use. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals solely through automated processing.
6. Sharing and subprocessors
We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, including to hosting, infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, analytics, customer-support, AI, SEO-data, and connected-platform providers; professional advisers; a successor in a corporate transaction; or authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable California law.
Third-party accounts connected by a customer remain governed by those providers’ own terms and policies.
7. Retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and afterward as reasonably necessary for service delivery, backups, disputes, security, tax/accounting, and legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and contract. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption for stored integration credentials. No system is completely secure.
8. International transfers
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. You may also have a right to complain to your data-protection authority. We may verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted. Submit requests to [email protected]. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
California disclosures
California residents may have rights to know, correct, delete, and obtain information about disclosures, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. We do not currently respond to legacy “Do Not Track” signals; where legally required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals.
10. Cookies, children, and external links
See our Cookie Policy. The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Links and integrations operated by others are governed by their policies.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or email.
