We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to sufficiently complete copyright notices. Submitting a false notice or counter-notice may create liability.
1. Copyright notice
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide the complaining party’s contact information, state a good-faith belief that use is unauthorized, state under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized, and include a physical or electronic signature.
2. Where to send notices
Designated recipient: Legal Department
Company: Consultwise LLC
Email: [email protected]
Address: Available upon formal legal request; registration pending
Operational requirement: DMCA safe-harbor treatment may require publishing complete agent details and registering the agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. This page does not represent that registration has been completed.
3. Counter-notices
A removed-content owner may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and prior location, consenting to the applicable federal-court jurisdiction, accepting service of process, and stating under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, with contact information and signature.
4. Repeat infringement
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers and remove or restrict disputed content. We may forward notices and counter-notices to affected customers.
