This policy explains responsible use of generative and analytical AI features in S4-SEO LOOP. AI assists people; it does not replace professional judgment.
1. How AI is used
Depending on platform configuration, prompts and selected business data may be sent to providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Perplexity to draft content, analyze SEO data, suggest actions, or produce images. Enabled providers are listed in our Subprocessor List. We do not promise that every feature uses the same model or provider.
2. Human review is required
Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, duplicative, or unsuitable. Verify claims, sources, originality, tone, legal compliance, accessibility, and platform requirements before publication or action. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice and do not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, or platform approval.
3. Inputs and confidential information
Submit only information you are authorized to use. Do not place passwords, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive data in AI prompts unless a written agreement and supported configuration expressly permit it. Provider handling may be subject to separate terms.
4. Prohibited AI uses
Do not use AI features for unlawful surveillance or discrimination; impersonation or deceptive synthetic media; malware or credential theft; fabricated reviews, citations, testimonials, or evidence; infringement; high-impact decisions about individuals without legally required safeguards; or any conduct prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Ownership and similarity
As between Customer and us, Customer retains its inputs and receives rights in outputs to the extent provided by the Terms and applicable law. Laws concerning AI-generated works vary, and similar outputs may be generated for others. You are responsible for clearance and appropriate attribution or disclosure.
