This policy protects customers, recipients, connected platforms, and S4-SEO LOOP. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Lawful and authorized use
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and only with data, sites, accounts, mailboxes, and systems you own or are authorized to manage. You must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, intellectual-property, export, consumer-protection, and computer-access laws and the rules of connected platforms.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access, credential sharing, impersonation, phishing, malware, security testing without written authorization, or circumvention of access controls.
- Spam, purchased or unlawfully obtained contact lists, deceptive sender identities or subjects, unlawful automated outreach, or ignoring opt-outs and suppression lists.
- Illegal, threatening, exploitative, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or materially deceptive content.
- Generating fake reviews, fabricated endorsements, undisclosed impersonation, deceptive rankings, or content intended to manipulate people or search systems unlawfully.
- Scraping, harvesting, crawling, or automating access where prohibited by law, robots directives, contract, or platform rules.
- Reselling access, avoiding usage limits, excessive load, interference, reverse engineering except where restriction is unlawful, or using the Service to build a competing model or service.
- Submitting highly sensitive data—such as payment-card numbers, health records, government identifiers, or children’s data—unless expressly authorized by a written agreement and supported configuration.
3. Customer safeguards
Maintain appropriate permissions and suppression lists, review AI output and automation before external use, use least-privilege integrations, secure credentials, investigate complaints, and promptly report suspected misuse to [email protected].
4. Enforcement
We may investigate, throttle, block, preserve evidence, remove content, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others. We will consider context and, where practicable, provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
