This policy summarizes subscription billing. The checkout page and order presented before purchase control plan-specific price, billing interval, limits, and trial terms.
1. Charges and renewal
Paid subscriptions are charged in advance at the displayed price and interval, plus applicable taxes. Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length until canceled. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to the saved payment method.
2. Trials and usage charges
Any trial duration, conversion date, and post-trial price will be displayed before enrollment. A trial may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the stated deadline. Metered, overage, credit, or third-party data charges apply only when disclosed in the plan, order, or product interface.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel through the account billing controls or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting a workspace does not necessarily cancel a separately active subscription.
4. Refunds
Except where law, checkout terms, or a written order requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, downgraded plans, or unused credits. Duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charges should be reported promptly; approved refunds return to the original payment method.
5. Price changes, failed payments, and disputes
We may change future-period pricing after reasonable notice. Failed or overdue payments may result in retry attempts, feature restriction, or suspension. Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
